What areas does Air Experts Inc. work in?
The greater Baltimore-Washington area. Counties include Anne Arundel, Baltimore (county), Carroll, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George's. How often should I have my systems maintenance?
Twice a year, ideally in the spring and fall. Please call us to schedule your seasonal maintenances and we'll be happy to set up an appointment. Seasonal Maintenances will protect the performance of your equipment and prevent breakdowns. Keep your equipment happy, keep your home comfortable.
How often should I change my filters?
Every 30-60 days depending on the contamination levels of the filters. If you're unsure, you can always give us a call.
My system is leaking water, what do I do?
Turn the system off because water can cause damage to the system, floors, or ceilings. Then call us immediately and we'll set up an appointment as soon as possible.
Do you have same-day availability?
Most often, yes. To avoid longer wait times, avoid peak times of the seasons like the first extremely hot or cold days of summer and winter. Make sure to turn on your systems before temperatures rise or fall drastically to get ahead of the rush. Make sure to schedule your seasonal maintenances in the spring and fall to avoid long wait times and keep your home comfortable.
Do you offer weekend or emergency service?
Yes. Costs for emergency and/or weekend services do increase, so if possible try to schedule appointments during the week (Monday-Friday) or ahead of seasonal rushes in the summer and winter.
